Vacuum Suction Tank STS V-1.5

Tank
• Tank capacity: 1,500 liters
• Tank hot-dip galvanized
• Tank slightly inclined to the rear for easier cleaning
• Lateral rinsing port in the tank to remove contamination or blockages without opening the tank lid
• Tank lid can be fully opened towards the passenger side and secured with hook bolts
• Equipped with 2 safety levels as standard to prevent compressor damage
• Syphon separator
• Overflow with 2 balls and sight glass
• Pressure gauge on suction device with protective bracket
• Mechanical level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor
• Vacuum compressor MEC 3000 with 3,500 liters air capacity
• Vacuum max. -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
• Overpressure max. 0.49 bar
• Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
• B&S industrial engine Vanguard 13 HP
• Electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery and tank
• Internal suction hose to avoid interference in the engine unit
• Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil trap
• Stainless steel heat shield over exhaust
• 1 liter biodegradable compressor oil stored in oil bottle holder
• 5l gasoline canister in holder
• Standard fitted funnel with long neck for motor oil changes and refilling
• All engine components and accessories stored in lockable engine compartment

• Self-supporting chassis fully hot-dip galvanized
• Low-profile tandem chassis 2.7t
• Track width matches passenger vehicles and Sprinter for optimum driving stability
• Lowest possible center of gravity for the suction tank
• 2x axles with 1,350 kg load capacity each and independent suspension from a reputable manufacturer

• Sturdy mudguards with metal lamp housings
• Stake brackets for quick securing of suction hoses with rubber bands
• Storage space for tools and accessories between engine compartment and suction unit

• Overrun brake with automatic reverse function

Connections and Hoses
• 2x suction hoses (3") 5m each with Perrot couplings
• 1x suction lance 3" (1,500 mm long)
• 1x Perrot connection (3") at the bottom of the tank lid
• 1x Perrot connection (3") on the right-hand side in the direction of travel
