The V-shaped, galvanized trailer coupling withstands strong dynamic loads. It is made from profiled galvanized sheet metal, which enhances its reliability and provides protection for the electrical wiring harness against external damage.

The entire chassis of the trailer is constructed from profiled, galvanized sheet metal, contributing to easy handling and lightweight design.

The trailer floor is made from multi-layer laminated plywood with a thickness of 9 mm and an anti-slip coating. Resistant to wear and moisture.

The sides are made of galvanized steel sheet with additional profiling for reinforcement. Strengthening ribs improve the side panels’ resistance to dynamic and impact loads. The rear panel is hinged and can be opened. Reinforced side lashing hooks from KNOTT are fitted on the side walls.

Integrated load securing loops (4 pieces) are located on the side walls of the trailer.

The torsion suspension ensures a stable, smooth ride with varying trailer loads. The built-in torsion axles are supplied by KNOTT.

The axle is rated for a maximum load of 750 kg; the hubs are equipped with protective covers and the bearings require no additional lubrication or adjustment during their entire service life.

The electrical system consists of injection-molded automotive cable equipped with molded plugs and bayonet connectors. A 7-pin plug is installed. All on-board electrics are supplied by Aspöck.

Corrosion protection by galvanizing is significantly more effective than other metal surface coatings. It offers reliable protection against corrosion on both external surfaces and the inner cavities of the structure, considerably extending the trailer's lifespan.
