Built from the outside in: first the cabin shell, then the interior fit-out. This enables significantly improved serviceability and optimum access to all components, thanks to a 42 mm thick Alu-PU-Alu rear wall, which provides structural rigidity. The roof and rear panel are bonded and riveted to the side walls. This delivers maximum occupant safety thanks to double connections and ensures long-term watertightness of the body (with a 10-year water ingress warranty). Rear wall, wheel arches, and partition wall between cab and body are made from the same insulation material as the side walls and roof. Outstanding insulation ensures the vehicle stays cooler in summer and requires less heating energy in winter.
