The V-shaped, galvanized towbar withstands high dynamic loads. It is made of profiled galvanized sheet metal, increasing its reliability and protecting the wiring harness from external damage.

The entire trailer chassis is made of profiled, galvanized sheet steel, which contributes to easy handling and lightweight construction.

The trailer floor consists of multi-layer laminated plywood with a thickness of 9 mm and an anti-slip coating. Resistant to wear and moisture.

The sides are made of galvanized steel sheet with additional profiling for reinforcement. Reinforcement ribs improve the resistance of the side panels to dynamic and impact loads. The tailgate is openable. Reinforced side hooks by KNOTT are installed on the side walls.

There are integrated lashing rings (4 pieces) on the trailer’s side walls for securing cargo.

Torsion suspension ensures a stable, smooth ride under varying trailer loads. Built-in torsion axles by KNOTT.

The axle is rated for a load of 1350 kg; the hubs are fitted with protective caps and the bearings require no additional lubrication or adjustment throughout their service life.

The electrical system is made of molded automotive cable with molded connectors and bayonet connections. A 7-pin connector is fitted. The entire electrical installation is by Aspöck.

Corrosion protection by galvanization is significantly more effective than other forms of metal surface protection. It provides reliable protection against corrosion for exterior surfaces as well as internal cavities of the structure, thus significantly extending the trailer’s service life.
