This offer includes the living cabin structure with GRP (glass-fibre reinforced plastic) external and internal corner profiles as well as stainless steel corner reinforcements. All profiles are fully bonded using a 2-component PU adhesive.

Wall and Roof Construction
Walls and ceiling are made of GRP sandwich panels (60 mm thick). The exterior features a 3 mm thick, fabric-reinforced top layer; the interior has a 2 mm thick layer of glass fibre-reinforced, unsaturated polyester. The sandwich panel achieves high stability and optimal insulation through its closed-cell polyurethane (PU) rigid foam core with a density of 50 kg/m³. Thermal transmittance (K-value) is 0.44 W/m²K (external cabin wall).

Floor Construction
Floor structure from outside to inside: 2 mm GRP top layer, 70 mm PU rigid foam with 6 transversal steel tubes, 12 mm waterproof laminated plywood board with 1 mm GRP top layer. The transversal steel tubes are made from 70x70x3 mm box section with welded-in 60x8 mm flat steel for thread inserts for the flooring assembly.
