3. LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS & DELIVERY

Production: Quality manufacturing in Turkey; delivery fully assembled (4-14 days).
Customs: VASG KFT handles all customs clearance for the EU.
Delivery times:
DE, AT, IT, HU, Benelux, Balkans: 7–14 days.
FR, ES, PT, UK, Baltics: 10–20 days.
Unloading: Unloading on site (crane/forklift required, approx. 900 kg) is the responsibility of the customer.

4. PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING

Official invoicing is handled by our European headquarters, VASG KFT (Hungary).
B2B (corporate clients): 50% upon order (proforma), 50% prior to dispatch.
B2C (private customers): 100% payment in advance upon order.
Prices: All prices exclusive of VAT and shipping costs.
