STS V-1.5 Vacuum Suction Tanker Trailer

Tank
- 1,500-litre tank capacity
- Tank hot-dip galvanized
- Tank inclined to the rear slightly for better cleaning
- Lateral cleaning port in the tank for removing contamination or blockages without opening the tank lid
- Tank lid can be fully opened towards the passenger side and is secured with hook bolts
- Standard with 2 safety stages to prevent compressor damage
- Syphon separator
- Overflow protection with 2 balls and sight glass
- Manometer mounted on suction assembly with protective bracket
- Mechanical level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor
- MEC 3000 vacuum compressor with 3,500 l/min air output
- Max. vacuum: -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
- Max. positive pressure: 0.49 bar
- Maintenance-free V-belt drive for the vacuum compressor
- Honda GX 390 industrial engine
- Electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery and tank
- Internal suction hose to prevent damage inside the engine unit
- Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil trap
- Stainless steel heat protection plate above the exhaust
- 1 litre of biodegradable compressor oil stored in a designated oil bottle holder
- 5-litre petrol can in holder
- Standard with long-neck funnel for changing and topping up engine oil
- All engine components and accessories stored in a lockable aluminium engine box, powder-coated in your colour of choice

Chassis
- Self-supporting chassis, fully hot-dip galvanized
- Low-bed tandem chassis, 2.7 t
- Track width identical to cars and Sprinters for optimal driving characteristics
- Lowest possible centre of gravity for the suction tank
- 2 axles, each with 1,350 kg carrying capacity, independent wheel suspension from a reputable manufacturer

Suction Tank
- Overrun brake with reverse release
- Automatic, self-securing ball coupling
- Reinforced jockey wheel
- 13-pin electrical socket

Connections and Hoses
- 2 x suction hoses (3") 5 m long, with Perrot couplings
- 1 x suction lance 3" (1,500 mm long)
- 1 x Perrot coupling (3") at bottom of the tank lid
- 1 x Perrot coupling (3") on the right-hand side in the direction of travel
