Mercedes-Benz 1019 AF 4x4

Offered for sale is a Daimler-Benz fire truck – model 1019 AF with all-wheel drive. This NG series vehicle comes directly from active service with the volunteer fire brigade. Regular technical maintenance and inspection are a matter of course, ensuring that the vehicle is in optimal condition for continued use (e.g., as a classic vehicle, expedition truck, motorhome, etc.).

Currently configured as an LF16 with built-in FP 16/8 pump and an 860-litre water tank (all fully operational).
Tow hitch present: Type 51-G 210.
Double cab with a total of 9 registered seats.
Note: Radio and further firefighting equipment have been removed. Blue lights must be covered or removed for civilian operation.

Tyres: 6 x Uniroyal M+S with approx. 90% tread depth remaining (approx. 14mm).
Battery kit: 2 x 12V/120Ah (replaced in Sep 2020).

General inspection (HU) and safety inspection (SP) were completed in April 2025 with a result of "no defects detected":

-> Next general inspection: April 2027
Mileage: only 17,710 km (vehicle is still in use, mileage may slightly increase)
Engine displacement: 9,506 cc (large-capacity, high-performance diesel engine)
Maximum speed: 92 km/h (long axle ratio, lowers engine speed at permissible maximum speed on the motorway)

This 1019 was delivered by Daimler-Benz to the body manufacturer Ziegler in September 1978. First registration as LF16 and commissioning took place on 30.04.1979.
