Subframe:
Robust welded steel construction subframe, two longitudinal members with cross members designed to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and the 4 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. A fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall, with 2 round tie-down eyes inside, outermost on intermediate height. Corner stanchions fixed with bottom-mounted locks. Rear and side walls (one-piece along the entire length) made from aluminum hollow profiles, side walls fold-down and swinging with sideboard lifting aid. Rear tailgate also fold-down and swinging, with central locking integrated into the tipper profile. 4 mm floor plate (Hardox or Naxtra) precisely welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal and cross members. Ram traverse and tipping arms installed and reinforced in the longitudinal beams. Lashing eyes (4 per side) mounted externally along the tipper floor. Steel structure built in St 52-3. All steel parts are shot-blasted, superstructure parts painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016
