Three-way tipper body with Fassi F195A.2.24 crane mounted directly behind the cab (Crane with top features: radio remote control, hydraulic outriggers operated by radio, work lights, etc.)

Subframe: Robust steel welded construction with two longitudinal beams and cross members to support the 5 mm strong tipper profile and 4 mm floor plate made from Hardox or Naxtra. Rigid 1,000 mm high steel front wall with 2 lashing rings on the inner section, at mid height toward the outside. Fixed corner posts with lower fasteners. Tailgate and sidewalls (one-piece, full length) constructed from aluminum hollow section, sidewalls foldable and pendulum-mounted with sideboard-lifting aids. Tailgate also foldable and pendulum-mounted, with central locking integrated in the tipper profile. Floor plate of Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, neatly welded to tipper profile and longitudinal/cross beams. Hydraulic press traverse and tipping outrigger are embedded in and reinforced within the longitudinal beams. Four lashing rings per side mounted externally on the tipper floor along the length. Steel structure built from St 52-3. All steel components are sandblasted, body parts painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016, single color.

Subframe: Subframe for mounting the front and rear tipping outriggers, with hydraulic press traverse and cross members. In the crane mounting area, closed as box section with side crane mounting plates. Plastic mudguards are available on the vehicle and will be adopted or modified if required.

Hydraulic system: Installation of the pneumatic control valve in the cab for tipper/crane/trailer and the complete hydraulic system including all piping for the three-way tipper, trailer tipper hydraulics, and loader crane. Supply and installation of a corresponding axial piston pump as a constant pump.
