Three-way tipper body with crane Fassi F195A.2.24 installed directly behind the cab (crane with top equipment: radio remote control, hydraulic stabilizers with radio operation, work lights, etc.)

Substructure: Subframe of solid welded steel construction, two longitudinal beams with cross members to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and 4 mm bottom plate made from Hardox or Naxtra. Fixed steel front wall 1,000 mm high, with two round lashing eyes inside and midway up at the outer edges. Fixed corner stanchions with bottom-mounted locks. Rear and side walls (one-piece over entire length) made from aluminium hollow profiles, side walls fold-down and swinging with sideboard lifting aid. Tailgate also fold-down and swinging, with central locking integrated in the tipper profile. Floor plate of Hardox or Naxtra in 4 mm thickness, neatly welded to the tipper profile and to the longitudinal and cross members. Press traverse and tipper arms integrated and reinforced within the longitudinal beams. Lashing eyes (4 per side) externally distributed along the tipper floor. Steel structure made of St 52-3. All steel parts are sandblasted, body parts coated in solid colour RAL 9016 (white) either painted or powder-coated.

Subframe: Subframe for mounting the front and rear tipping brackets, including press traverse and cross members. In the crane mounting area designed as closed box section with side crane mounting plates. Plastic mudguards are fitted to the vehicle and will be reused or modified as needed.

Hydraulics: Installation of the pneumatic control valve in the cab for tipper/crane/trailer operation and the entire hydraulic system including all piping works, relating to the three-way tipping platform, trailer tipping hydraulics, and loading crane. Delivery and installation of the corresponding axial piston pump as a constant pump.
