For sale is a well-maintained, nostalgic caravan with a total length of 7.75 m (including drawbar).

The gas installation has been regularly serviced, and the next gas inspection is currently due. Both the heating and stove are fully functional. The refrigerator and bathroom were removed in favor of a more spacious interior layout—resulting in increased freedom of movement and additional storage space. The caravan is a non-smoking vehicle, dry, sealed, and in overall solid condition. The general inspection (TÜV) is newly passed, the vehicle is registered, and liability insurance is €23.24 per year.

In 2025, the interior was lovingly remodeled in a bright vintage style. A modern, flexible furnishing concept allows for easy individual adaptation of the interior layout. The caravan is not a renovation project; however, handy skills and technical interest are recommended, as age-related aspects may arise—for example, the glued but functional rear window could eventually require replacement.

The caravan has always been stationed at a permanent pitch at a family sports club in Rösrath and was only moved for TÜV inspections. It is immediately ready for use and offers a cozy retreat.
