The truck lift is a state-of-the-art multiple-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. It is delivered as a pre-assembled plug & play complete solution in a mounting cassette and has already been tested, enabling quick and easy commissioning.

Design and Safety

The telescopic lifting units stand out for their extremely high bending and torsional resistance according to EN 1493. This is achieved by using innovative, square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and feature a durable, low-friction special nickel coating, minimizing maintenance and increasing service life. The internally positioned double hydraulic cylinder safety system ensures additional stability and protection. The entire ram guidance is designed to be robust and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits along with electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Operation and Control

The lift is operated via a portable control unit with a touchscreen, displaying all relevant data and information clearly. Electronic synchronisation control guarantees even lifting of the vehicle, regardless of the pickup point. A signal lamp assists with safe raising and lowering. In the event of a power failure, a battery-powered emergency lowering function is integrated.

Features and Flexibility

The platform features an extremely robust roll cover made of aluminium profile segments with a slip-resistant surface. It can be driven over with wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and has a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in pick-up system allows lifting of very wide and low vehicles. A CE-compliant anti-crushing and anti-shear device provides additional protection.
