Plate cooling is a cooling system that uses eutectic plates to maintain a suitable temperature level. The passive plates are connected to the power grid (380V) overnight. The freezing point of the eutectic solution is -33°C. The eutectic plates are used to maintain the temperature of already frozen goods.
