Plate cooling is a refrigeration system that uses eutectic plates to maintain a suitable temperature level. The passive plates are connected overnight to the power grid (380V). The freezing point of the eutectic solution is -33°C. The eutectic plates serve to maintain the temperature of already frozen products.
