Cab
The cab was completely disassembled. Damaged areas were sanded out, corrosion removed, and afterwards repainted in grey. During reassembly, the floor received soundproofing, the walls and roof were insulated with Armaflex, and all cavities were preserved. Some trim parts were replaced and wallpapered. The bed in the cab was widened and now offers a sleeping surface of approx. 70 × 195 cm. Additionally, a diesel heater with timer and remote control was installed.
A passage with door connects the cab and the box body; the rubber bellows is made of neoprene.

Living Box
The living box was built in 2016 by ORMOCAR. Height: 215 cm, Width: 243 cm, Length: 420 cm. 60 mm GRP sandwich panels with reinforced GRP corner profiles.
• Frame: Auxiliary frame made of galvanized steel profiles, bolted to the chassis for torsional rigidity (spring-mounted).
• Windows/Hatches: Outbound windows and hatches.
• Heating/Hot Water: Webasto water heater, controlled via room thermostat. Engine heat can be used while driving or preheat the engine. Hot water boiler (approx. 15 l) via Webasto and 220 V.
• Water System: Freshwater tank at the rear (approx. 300 l) with pressurized filling and filtration system. Waste water (sink) in a separate greywater tank. Electric marine toilet with blackwater tank.
• Sanitary: Shower in the entrance area (dirt zone), drainage via stainless steel tray under the vehicle.

• Kitchen: Large storage compartments, drawers and doors secured with marine locks. 3-burner gas cooker with oven/grill (Dometic). CB-40 Coolmatic fridge box.

Power Supply
• 2 × 260 Ah SIGA Phaeton batteries
• WT-Combi ECO 24 V
• Charged via 4 photovoltaic modules on the roof (Victron SunPower MPPT 100/50) and via alternator.

Interior Fit-out
L-shaped seating group with ample storage, water pump and fridge box. Rear bed approx. 110 cm wide (narrow for two people, can be extended to 160 cm). Under the bed: storage space accessible from both sides via storage flaps, keyed-alike cylinders.

Exterior / Technology
Rear carrier with spare wheel (Pirelli Pista 14.00/R20, matching the other tires). Space for bicycles or a lightweight motorcycle.
• Fuel tank capacity: approx. 450 l diesel.
• Engine upgraded with intercooler, optimized injection pump.
• Final maintenance: oil change, filters replaced, all bearings and bushings greased.
