Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of a lot comprising 26 Maxus-brand electric vehicles, specifically: E DELIVER 3 (15 vehicles, registered to I.VE.TRA, zero mileage), T90 (3 units, new and yet to be registered; 1 prototype not eligible for registration), and EH300 (7 chassis-cab units, new and yet to be registered), sold as-is, currently located at the Faldo yards in Livorno. Transport costs are to be borne by the purchaser.
The lot is offered for sale at a total price (excluding VAT) of €326,000.00.
Further details are available in the data room – access can be requested from the Court-Appointed Officer by submitting the company’s historical Certificate of Incorporation, including the latest filed annual accounts – instructions will follow.
Improved offers, with a view to potential competitive bidding, must be submitted to the Court-Appointed Officer by January 20, 2026, accompanied by a non-transferable bank draft made out to Koelliker Milano Srl for 10% of the offer price, to be delivered to the Court-Appointed Officer's address.
