TECHNICAL DATA & CONFIGURATION
Dimensions: 600 cm (L) x 240 cm (W) x 270 cm (H).
Flexibility: Positioning of 2 windows and 1 door can be customized at no extra cost (standard model).
Insulation: 5 cm EPS sandwich panels. Optional: PU or rock wool.
Roof & Floor: Double roof protection (5 cm EPS sandwich panel + trapezoidal sheet), PVC flooring in wood design.
Optional Panel Thickness
The standard version includes sandwich panels with a thickness of 50 mm. Upon customer request, the panel thickness can be increased to 80 mm or 100 mm.
Surcharges for the 80 mm or 100 mm variants are available upon request.
Weight: Average weight is approx. 900 kg. (Final weight will be provided after loading).
PREMIUM OPTIONS & SECURITY (subject to surcharge)
Windows/Doors: Anthracite-coloured frames, tilt-and-turn function, triple glazing or aluminium profiles instead of PVC.
Security: Fixed iron window bars or shutters (manual/electric).
Fitting: Integration of WC, shower, partition walls, or kitchen areas possible.
ELECTRICAL & CLIMATE CONTROL
Electrics: LED lighting, sockets (expandable), fuse box with residual current circuit breaker, 32 A CEE connection.
Climate: Split air conditioning (heating/cooling) with optional protective grille for the outdoor unit (surcharge possible).
LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS & UNLOADING
Production & Customs: Direct shipping from Turkey. We handle the entire customs process.
Delivery condition: The container is delivered fully assembled.
️ Important notice regarding unloading: Unloading at the destination is the responsibility of the customer. Due to the weight (approx. 900 kg), a crane or suitable forklift is required for unloading.
PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING
Business customers (B2B): 50% down payment (proforma invoice), 50% before shipping.
Private customers (B2C): 100% prepayment upon order (proforma invoice).
Bank details: Payments to be made to our official VASG KFT accounts at Raiffeisenbank Hungary or Revolut Business. The commercial invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.
