Precision spring tine harrow – Standard equipment includes a working width of 12.00 m with 10 cm overlapping sections. Robust yet lightweight frame construction. Sections: 1x 300 cm, 2x 235 cm, easy folding with 4 double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Automatic, patented dual-pivot tine bearing system. Central tine pressure adjustment. Six support wheels, 16x6.5-8 pneumatic tires, ball bearing mounted and height-adjustable. Two types of traction springs (A, C) available for tine pressure; spring type A is standard, spring type C is a patented infinitely variable hydraulic tine pressure adjustment, operated with a double-acting cylinder. Flow control valve for fine adjustment. Large scale, visible from the tractor seat. One set of pendulum support wheels, 16.5x6.50-8/6 73M with pneumatic tires, ball bearings, height-adjustable at the rear center section. Rear beam for track adjustment, 80x80, suitable for track widths up to 3.00 m.

Patented spring-in-spring system: pressure can be infinitely adjusted between 100g and 5000g. In low tine pressure range from approx. 100g, an internal compression spring is engaged. From approx. 650g, the traction spring comes into effect. 437 tines, 120 degrees, with carbide coating. The harrow tines are milled at the lower end to 40 mm high and 2 mm deep, reinforced with a specially manufactured sintered metal plate. This gives the tine a relief angle, significantly reducing penetration resistance and thus ensuring improved depth guidance. Crusted soils can be broken up more easily, and the coating greatly extends tine lifespan. 120° tines are recommended for mulch seeding with high organic matter on the surface or for vegetable cultivation, but the tines are basically suitable for all crops.
