Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of a lot comprising 88 new vehicles, consisting of 40 Microlino electric vehicles and 48 Wuzheng 3MX electric vehicles (of which 41 are uncleared, customs duties to be borne by the purchaser), available for delivery at the Faldo yards in Livorno, with transport costs to be borne by the purchaser, sold as-is.
The lot is offered for sale at a total price (excluding VAT) of EUR 336,000.00.

Further details available in the data room – access to be requested from the Court-appointed Receiver by sending an up-to-date company registration extract including the latest filed financial statements – instructions will follow.
Improved offers, in the event of a competitive sale procedure, must be submitted to the Receiver by 16 February 2026, accompanied by a non-transferable banker’s draft made out to Koelliker Pro Mobility Srl for 10% of the offered price, to be delivered to the address of the Receiver.
