Torsion-resistant longitudinal frame chassis for excellent tracking stability. Fully welded and hot-dip galvanized closed steel frame profile for optimum stability.

Support
Reinforced automatic jockey wheel mounted on a separate crossbeam, with 900 kg load capacity for safe parking of the trailer. 4 robust telescopic crank supports for up to 6000 kg static load.

Superstructure
45 mm thick sandwich panels for optimal stability and insulation. Outer layer made of galvanized and powder-coated steel sheet for demanding use. Elegant exterior in silver (RAL 9006). Double-wing rear door with rubber seal, aluminum hinges, stainless steel espagnolette lock and stainless steel door holder. Rear portal made of stainless steel, edging profiles made of anodized aluminum. Stainless steel kick strip on three sides (height: 200 mm).

Refrigeration Unit
1600 watts. Operates with environmentally friendly, CFC-free refrigerant. Electronic temperature controller with defrost management. Intuitive control panel for easy temperature setting, lockable to prevent unauthorized use. Digital temperature display for simple monitoring of trailer temperature. 230 volt power supply. Interior lighting.

Loading Platform
Non-slip, permanently elastic, wear-resistant plastic floor covering on 18 mm multiply bonded plywood.

Electrics
Lighting with 13-pin plug and protected rear lights for long-lasting, safe operation of all electrical components. Cable routing inside longitudinal chassis members for lasting protection from external influences and extended service life.
