Description:
The truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is traversable. It is supplied as a pre-assembled plug & play system in an installation cassette and has already been tested, enabling fast and straightforward commissioning.

Design and Safety:
The telescopic lifting units feature exceptionally high bending strength and torsional rigidity in compliance with EN 1493, thanks to innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and equipped with a robust, low-friction special nickel coating that minimizes maintenance and extends service life. The internally housed dual-safety hydraulic cylinder system ensures additional stability and protection. The entire ram guide system is designed for endurance and minimal maintenance. Operational safety is guaranteed by two completely separate hydraulic circuits and an electronic pressure/leakage monitoring system.

Operation and Control:
The lift is operated via a portable control unit with touchscreen, clearly displaying all relevant data and information. An electronic synchronization control ensures uniform lifting of the vehicle regardless of pick-up points. A signal light enables safe raising and lowering. In the event of a power failure, a battery-powered emergency lowering system is integrated.

Equipment and Flexibility:
The lift is equipped with an extremely durable roll cover made from aluminum profile segments with a non-slip surface. It is accessible by vehicles with wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and is 930 mm wide. The flexible plug-in support system allows for easy handling of very wide and low vehicles. A CE-compliant anti-crush and shear protection provides additional safety.
