1. The tender process runs until 18.03.2026.
2. At the conclusion of the tender, the vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder.
3. The purchase contract will be concluded with the party submitting the highest bid, subject to approval by the creditors' committee and the insolvency administrator. The subject of sale is a taxable supply for VAT purposes. The seller sets a deadline for payment of the full purchase price within 30 days from the approval by the creditors' committee and the insolvency administrator of the achieved purchase price. Payment must be made to account no. 2600240023/5800, variable symbol 25036114.
4. Interested parties must submit their offers by email to the intermediary and simultaneously copy the seller’s email address. Offers not copied to the seller will not be considered.
5. The subject of sale is sold and delivered 'as is' (collectively) in the sense of § 1918 of the Civil Code, provided such sale is permissible under applicable legal regulations with regard to the nature of the assets being realised, and the buyer is obliged to accept the goods in such condition. This will be stated in the purchase contract.
6. The buyer is obligated to take over the subject of sale upon the seller’s request within the specified deadline. At the time of handover, the risk of damage passes to the buyer, however, if the buyer delays taking over, the risk of damage passes to the buyer upon expiry of the set deadline. All costs related to collection are borne exclusively by the buyer.
7. The buyer has no right to reserve any specific qualities of the subject of sale. The seller will accept no liability for the condition of the item sold and does not guarantee that the buyer will be able to use the subject of sale for their intended purpose.
8. The seller assumes no warranty for any characteristics of the subject of sale and fully excludes (limits) liability for defects in the subject of sale as far as is permitted by Czech law.
9. The buyer waives all rights for defective performance in advance, in particular the right to demand repair, replacement, a discount from the purchase price, or the right to withdraw from the contract, all pursuant to § 1916, para. 2 of the Civil Code.
10. The purchase contract will only be signed after the full purchase price has been paid.
