DAF XF AT-Boretec HS Bentonit-Misch-Recyclingsystem

DAF XF480 AT-Boretec HS2, approx. 1,900 operating hours, last inspection at 1,760 operating hours. The HS2 system truck is a bentonite mixing and recycling system designed for use in complex drilling projects. Thanks to its 45 kVA generator, the HS2 offers a powerful and reliable solution. The system features ten hydrocyclones and three centrifugal pumps, each with 7.5 kW capacity, ensuring efficient processing and recirculation of drilling fluids. The shaker is equipped with three double-deck flatscreen sieves, comprising six screens in total, for thorough sieving and cleaning. The total tank capacity is 12,000 liters, distributed across three tanks, providing ample capacity for drilling fluids. In addition, the HS2 is equipped with a 1,100-liter fresh water tank. The HS2 system truck is integrated into a BDF container body, allowing maximum flexibility and mobility for deployment at various job sites. The HS2 system truck offers a tank volume increased by 4,000 liters, resulting in a total capacity of 12,000 liters.

DESCRIPTION OF CONSTRUCTION: SYSTEMTRUCK HS2
The most proven all-rounder with a total tank volume of 12 m³ (5 + 5 + 2), sold over 200 times since 2015 and continuously improved for successful long-term use. Ideally designed for drilling rigs in the 15–25 t capacity class. The three KSB centrifugal pumps, each delivering 1,100 l/min (7.5 kW), are powered by an underfloor-mounted 50 kVA generator.

Max. cleaning performance up to 150 m³/day or 15 m³/h

Centrifuge Option: For drilling rigs with small, high-pressure fast-running bentonite pumps to significantly extend service intervals. 10 hydrocyclones for separation of fine solids: 2.2 bar
