Second-hand, but only one previous owner who used this caravan for just 4 months (so you could say it's practically one-owner).

The vehicle is with us and is in well-maintained condition. The roof has 4-5 minor dents, probably from falling chestnuts.
Otherwise, there is a small scuff on the front right side (see last photo), but you have to look closely for it to be noticeable.
