The frame and running gear are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, providing the plywood box series with a long service life. The superstructure is fully made from 15 mm multi-layer plywood with a special plastic coating, and can be branded with your company advertising upon request for an extra charge.

A light is installed in the interior for improved visibility. All plywood box trailers come equipped with galvanized steel hinges and a lockable rotary bolt latch. The doors are fitted with plastic seals to ensure your goods are transported protected from water ingress.

Aluminum reinforcements in the roof area and at the bottom of the front wall give the Humbaur plywood box exceptional stability. The floor consists of a 15 mm thick, specially bonded wood with a non-slip phenolic resin coating, ensuring moisture resistance. The integrated side lashing system is mounted within the anodized side frame profiles. Each lashing ring has a rated load capacity of 400 kg, Dekra certified. The system is expandable upon request and offers sufficient flexibility for securing cargo.
