Standard Car Transporter Trailer
The trailer features a tilting platform equipped with two front locks and a safety device for secure transport, as well as loading ramps made of perforated and pressed 'LOHR' sheet metal. The ramps are aluminium, ensuring durability without adding excess weight. Thanks to welded construction, the car transport trailer has a robust build and sturdy frame. Its structure is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection. The tilting ramp and drawbar are made from closed profiles, providing the trailer with rigidity and stability, ensuring a long service life and trouble-free operation. The tilting ramp is equipped with shock absorbers for easier loading and unloading. Optionally, the trailer can be fitted with a single- or dual-circuit hydraulic pump.

The PL35-5021 trailer has a permissible total weight of 3500 kg, allowing a payload of up to 2660 kg, a loading length of up to 4.9 m, and a width of up to 2 m. The car transporter comes with two braked axles. The loading ramps are made of 4 mm thick aluminium with additional pressed holes for fixing the transport straps.

EQUIPMENT

The trailer is equipped as standard with a jockey wheel, a 1135 kg manual winch, wheel chocks, an overrun brake, and a parking brake. Optional features include floor coverings made from chequered aluminium plate or anti-slip plywood, axle shock absorbers, an electric winch, hydraulic pump, and wheel locks for the transported vehicle.
