Sales Conditions:

3. The purchase agreement will be concluded with the bidder who submits the highest offer, subject to the approval of the creditors’ committee and the insolvency administrator. The object of sale is subject to VAT. The seller sets a deadline for payment of the full purchase price within 30 days from the date of approval of the purchase price by the creditors' committee and insolvency administrator, to account no. 2600240023/5800, variable symbol 25036114.
4. Bidders must submit their offers by email to the intermediary's address and simultaneously copy the seller's email address. Offers not copied to the seller will not be considered.
5. The object of sale is sold and handed over "as is, where is" in the sense of § 1918 of the Civil Code, if such a sale is permitted by applicable legal regulations, given the nature of the asset being liquidated, and the buyer is obliged to accept the items in this condition. This information will be stated in the purchase agreement.
6. The buyer is obligated to collect the object of sale upon the seller's call within the specified deadline. From the date of collection, the risk of damage passes to the buyer; in case of delay in collection by the buyer, the risk of damage passes after the collection deadline. All costs related to collection shall be borne exclusively by the buyer.
7. The buyer has no right to specify any characteristics of the object of sale; the seller assumes no liability for the condition of the object of sale and does not guarantee that the buyer will be able to use the object of sale for the purpose intended by the buyer.

8. The seller provides no warranty for any characteristics of the object of sale, and liability for defects is excluded (limited) to the fullest extent permitted by Czech law.
9. The buyer waives all claims arising from defective performance in advance, including but not limited to any right to demand repair, replacement, discount, or withdrawal from the contract as per § 1916(2) of the Civil Code.
10. The purchase agreement will be signed only after full payment of the purchase price.
