For sale from my late father’s estate:

Motorhome by renowned manufacturer Karmann, model Missouri, based on VW LT 35 platform.

This vehicle features the relatively rare mid-dinette layout. This allows for a comparatively spacious wet room with a separate shower and a tall, externally accessible storage compartment, which in the floor area contains a water catchment basin suitable for wetsuits.

The vehicle is in good, retiree-maintained condition, registered seasonally only until 2024, and kept in a dry storage hall during the winters up to that point.

There are 4 registered seats and an equal number of berths. The seating area converts into 2 beds; 2 additional beds are located in the alcove, which are more suitable for 2 children or 1 adult.

A gas system with two cylinders is installed, supplying the three-burner stove, water heater (including auxiliary heating), and the refrigerator (operates on 12V/220V as well). The gas inspection is valid until 05/2027. An accident sensor, which shuts off the system in case of a collision, has been retrofitted.

The manufacturer states that the motorhome is suitable for winter use.

The vehicle has a solar system. The panel is permanently mounted on the roof; the charge technology is from Vitronic and can be monitored via Bluetooth. This allows the habitation area to be supplied with power either via solar, alternator (12V), or shore power (220V), providing maximum self-sufficiency.

An automatic satellite system (Oyster Vision) was retrofitted three years ago.

Age-appropriate wear and tear are present, but to my understanding, nothing that could not be remedied even by buyers with minimal DIY skills. There are occasional spots of edge rust on the exterior. The hard plastic bumpers have two non-inspection-relevant cracks. The door to the living area shows rust at the bottom. To the best of my knowledge, the remaining bodywork is made of fiberglass (GRP), thus rust-free. No visible moisture ingress has occurred during cleaning with a pressure washer. The shower trays in the wet room have cracks. Otherwise, the interior is in very good condition—characteristic Karmann quality.

In less than 2 years, with continued proper care, this vehicle may qualify for classic vehicle registration, thereby eliminating restrictions related to the yellow emissions sticker and significantly reducing road tax.

With the insurer's consent, the insurance policy can be transferred (SF25, currently €176.66/year).

The vehicle is registered and available for test drives.

Recommendations:
- The vehicle battery was deeply discharged after a long idle period. I have provisionally replaced it, but recommend installing a lithium-ion battery in the future.
- The last inspection highlighted the age of the tyres; replacement is advisable.
- The shower trays in the wet room should be resealed.
