Uplifter UPG-600-2 Vacuum Lifter Glass Lifter up to 600kg

The UPG 600-2 glass lifter is a specialist device for lifting and transporting glass elements weighing up to 600 kg. Thanks to its modular design, the UPG 600-2 can be optimally adapted to the requirements on site. Its extension arms facilitate handling even large-sized elements. Of course, the support arms are removable. The attached suction pads (300 mm diameter) ensure excellent adhesion and application power on construction sites. When lifting, it is important that the surface is always smooth, flat, and impermeable to air. The UPG 600-2 performs the suction process automatically at the touch of a button. After suction is achieved, the vacuum battery of the UPG 600-2 independently and continuously monitors the vacuum pressure. In the event of vacuum loss, the UPG 600-2 automatically re-pumps and also provides an acoustic warning signal if vacuum loss is imminent. With its independent power supply, the UPG 600-2 is the ideal partner for installations. The interchangeable 12 V battery is rechargeable, and the charge status can be easily checked via the LED display. Furthermore, the controlled vacuum pump ensures operational readiness of up to 8 hours.

The vacuum lifter can be individually adjusted to suit the specific installation scenario. The suction battery can be manually rotated 360 degrees and tilted 90 degrees. During rotation, the lifter locks in place every 40°.
