Subframe specially reinforced

Standard equipment:
- Subframe INP 180 approx. 7000 mm long, front reinforced in the crane area with steel S355
- Hook height 1570 mm
- Reinforced mounting bracket 60 mm
- C-lock
- UVV tested according to DIN 30722-1 (15,000 kg)
- Bolt-on ladder at front face in RAL color 3002 Carmine Red

Special equipment:
- Polyamide rollers front and rear, greaseable and replaceable
- Mounting plate at the front for a loading crane, milled out and welded between the main frame beams, 20 mm thick, 2000 mm long, made of steel S355
- Front clearance for crane 1000 mm, then internal loading area approx. 5850 mm long
- Floor to wall 90° angle
- Advertising panels left and right, centered, 2000 mm x 1000 mm

Floor:
- 5 mm HARDOX
- 8 lashing eyes, 4 per side, rotatable and welded into the floor

Side walls height 2400 mm:
- 3 mm HARDOX
- Side stiffeners, 2400 mm high, sloped towards the front as in JET design
- Front wall of loading area 1200 mm high for crane
- Single-leaf rear door, robust design with mounting bracket to allow container pick-up from both sides

- All steel parts primed twice inside and outside
