Chassis:
Welded steel frame construction in lightweight design.
Front corners approx. 300 x 300 mm chamfered.
Left and right platforms made from steel checker plate, designed as troughs, divided into two sections each.
Center section with aluminum tread plate (5/7 mm) between the main frame.
Removable covers over the steering at the front and rear.
Slew ring (approx. 80° steering angle) incl. cylinder mounts fitted on chassis for mounting a special bolster (without bolster).
Aluminum covers in front of and behind the bolster (all openings closed).
Extended end plate.

Drawbar:
40 mm towing eye.
Straight drawbar, approx. 1,300 mm in length.
With drawbar support and bracket.

Axles:
BPW low-loader axles, each with 10 or 12 t axle load capacity, airbag diameter 360 mm.
External ECAS air suspension system with total stroke approx. 200 mm.
S-cam brake 400/200 mm, asbestos-free brake linings.
Automatic slack adjusters.
Reinforced torque rods.
Safety cables on each axle.
Axle load gauge.

Steering:
1st and 2nd axles forcibly steered via turntable.
Steering angle mechanically adjustable by lever.
Hydraulic auxiliary steering incl. batteries, battery box, control cable and socket, and remote control.
4.5 kW hydraulic unit installed inside rear section.
Emergency steering operation via additional switch (operation possible without control signal from towing vehicle).

Wheels and Tires:
16 steel disc wheels, 10-hole, deep-offset, hub-centric.

Fenders:
On the front bogie before 1st axle: plastic half-shell fenders with mud flaps.
Plastic fenders with mud flaps on 3rd and 4th axles.

No connection lines to the towing vehicle.

Lighting and Electrical Equipment:

Rims in factory silver.
Plastic parts black, unpainted.
Reflective tape on sides in yellow or white, at the rear in yellow or red.

Accessories:
4 wheel chocks with holder.
Long number plate holder in the end plate.
4 lashing points of 8 t on main frame (2 between axles 1 and 2, and 2 between axles 3 and 4) for lifting the self-steering unit.
One access step each between axles 3 and 4 left and right.
Grease nipple lubrication system for all lubrication points on steering and axles.
Storage compartments with aluminum checker plate covers at the front left and right above wheels of axle 1 and left and right above axles 3 and 4.
Slip-resistant steps mounted on the upper right side of the end plate in direction of travel.
