The Z529 bale wrapper is a machine that is mounted on the front or rear three-point hitch of a tractor. It is loaded from below using special arms equipped with rotating rollers. The wrapping process is fully automatic, with an arm rotating around the bale and supplying the film, wrapping the bale as it rotates on the rollers. Upon completion, the film is gripped and cut by a hydraulically operated cutter. After pressing a button, the wrapped bale is unloaded onto the ground by opening the roller arms. The machine can wrap bales with a diameter of 1200 to 1500 mm. The maximum weight of the wrapped bale must not exceed 1000 kg. Wrapping a 1200 mm diameter bale takes approximately two minutes. The compact dimensions of the machine allow for easy manoeuvring in the field or on the farm. Thanks to its relatively low weight (780 kg), the wrapper can be transported and operated by a tractor with only 60 kW of power. Standard features include a 750 mm film supply unit, hydraulically driven film cutter, and operator control panel. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a hydraulic bale positioner, allowing the bale to be set upright on its base.
