Empty Box Cabin for Expedition All-Wheel Drive Overlander Vehicles

Insulated Superstructure with:
- Floor panel with cross bracing, 120mm overall structure height
- Walls and roof made from 60mm sandwich panels
- Continuous stepped rebate on all elements for maximum bonding surface
- Perimeter glass-fibre angle profiles; no aluminium, preventing differential expansion, sealing seam cracks, and corrosion

Optional Features:
- Torsionally rigid subframe
- Decoupling of the body from the chassis using rubber bellows / springs or 3-point mounting
- Frameless look, no externally mounted frame
- Spectra frameless pop-out windows! Double glazing, single-handed locking mechanism
- Automatic folding scissor stairs
- Custom-made, powder-coated stainless steel storage compartment, lid opening upwards or downwards
- Various motorcycle/quad rear lift or platform options, motorcycle lift, walk-in garage
- In-house design and manufacture of complete vehicles with CAD engineers and designers for exterior and interior at our Stutensee site. We are not 'just' part integrators — we build the vehicles ourselves on site.
