Frame
Steel welded construction made of high-tensile fine-grained steel, hot-dip galvanized, flat platform without raised edges. The loading area is sloped downward by approx. 8° behind the rear axle. Longitudinal beams made from steel profiles. Steel frame, hot-dip galvanized, with stainless steel (NIRO) sheet at the bend for cable guiding, flush with the floor. Suitable for trucks with wheelbase: 2nd axle 1,795 mm / 2nd to 3rd axle 4,105 mm and 3rd to 4th axle 1,350 mm.

Tow Coupling
Tow coupling with 24.8 mm tow ball (height from ground to top approx. 480 mm), towing capacity 2,800 kg. Includes installation and electrics with 7-pin socket.

Accessories/Modifications
2 holders for wheel chocks, folding aluminum side underrun protection – transferred from the truck! Steel underrun protection, quarter shell mudguards with mudflaps – also taken from the truck!

Toolbox
Plastic tool case with drawer and shelf, width 650 mm, height 520 mm, depth 670 mm, lockable with padlock (padlock not included). 1 holder for 3 petrol canisters. 1 stainless steel toolbox, width 600 mm, height 400 mm, depth 500 mm, with polished door, lockable; contains control valve and electrohydraulic pump unit. Control box features all-round door seal and rear sealing grommets (splash water protected according to technical possibilities).

Electrics
Adaptation of existing rear lights, 2 additional LED work lights integrated into the front wall, switched via parking light with switch on the outside left of the front wall. 1 rear LED work light with integrated reversing camera, including color LCD monitor, screen with suction mount and 24 V power supply, voltage converter 24/12V, 1 seven-pin 12V socket = adapter socket.

Floor
Mega Grip made of toothed galvanized steel grating, 50/4 steel grating, mesh width 50 mm. Upper surface with non-slip serration, fully installed over main frame platform.

Lashing Rings
12 pairs of lashing rings, freely swiveling on the outer frame, each rated for 10 tons. One at the very front, the last at the very rear. 1 lashing ring in the center at the rear for winch cable attachment. 12 lashing points embedded in the center of the floor, each rated for 5 tons (excluding rear slope).

Front Wall
Front wall made of sheet steel, height 1,500 mm. Fixed, with corner posts matching the front wall height. 2 x 12 mounting brackets for lashing chains, mounted left and right on the front wall.

Winch
Electric winch, 24 Volt, pulling force approx. 6,350 kg, mounted centrally at front wall (recessed with loading bridge), operated via radio remote control, cable length min. 35 m x 9.5 mm, with roller fairlead, cable pressure plate, incl. overload protection, free-spooling clutch, hand controller with approx. 5 m control lead, winch certification, engineering inspection report, inspection book, operating manual.

Loading Ramps
Length 3,500 mm - 2-part (2,000 mm + 1,500 mm), width 850 mm, load capacity 20,000 kg/pair (also for ramp loading), electrohydraulically tiltable and laterally shiftable – incl. electrohydraulic pump unit. Approach angle approx. 8° with lowered rear axle. Ramp surface made of hot-dip galvanized steel grating (like the loading bridge floor), with non-slip serration.
