Vehicle location: Bovenden, lashing eyes, pendulum tailgate
Body: PAVIC three-way tipper body with aluminum side panels and pneumatic side and tailgate opening. Subframe constructed as a robust welded steel structure, with two longitudinal beams and cross members to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and the 4 mm floor plate made from Hardox or Naxtra.
A fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall with two round lashing eyes on the inside area, positioned at half height on the outer edges. Fixed corner stanchions with bottom-mounted locks. The tailgate and single-piece side panels running the full length are manufactured from aluminum hollow sections; the sides are foldable and pendulum-mounted with board lifting assistance. The tailgate is also foldable and pendulum-mounted, with central locking integrated into the tipper profile.
The floor plate is made from Hardox or Naxtra at a thickness of 4 mm, precisely welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal and cross members. The press traverse and tipper arms are recessed into the longitudinal beams and accordingly reinforced. Lashing eyes (4 per side) are distributed along the length on the outside of the tipper floor.
The subframe is galvanized!
