We currently have a modular container facility for sale, which has been used for residential purposes since 10/2023. The facility consists of various types of containers, such as sanitary containers (WC containers), shower containers, living containers (single & double units), communal and kitchen containers (double units), as well as storage and technical containers.

The facility is being sold as a whole, in parts, or as individual containers. Each container has different specifications, which can be optionally included with the purchase if required.

The containers are available for viewing effective immediately.

Furthermore, at an additional cost and upon arrangement, we can also deliver and/or assemble the containers. For larger projects, as an owner- and engineer-led general contractor for turnkey solutions, we can also support you with planning, permit applications, execution, and installation.

Individual Pricing:

Living & Family Containers:

- 77 × Living Containers – €6,500 each, net
- 24 × Family Containers (each unit consisting of 2 containers) – €12,500 per unit, net
- 3 × Living Containers without kitchen – €6,400 each, net
- 1 × Janitor Container (consisting of 2 containers, incl. shower & WC) – €13,900 net

Communal & Functional Containers:

- 8 × Communal Containers (each unit consisting of 2 containers, with fitted kitchen, no partition wall) – €12,000 per unit, net
- 31 × Corridor Containers – Various lengths and fittings – €3,700–4,100 each, net
- 5 × Laundry Containers (equipped with washing machines and dryers) – €6,100 each, net

Sanitary Containers:

- 7 × Men’s WC Containers (equipped with 4 WCs, 4 urinals, 2 washbasins) – €8,500 each, net
- 7 × Women’s WC Containers (equipped with 5 WCs, 3 washbasins) – €8,500 each, net
- 10 × Shower Containers (equipped with 6 shower cabins, 3 washbasins) – €8,500 each, net
