This machine is primarily designed for processing mixed construction debris. However, it is also capable of efficiently handling construction timber or dry waste wood. The two counter-rotating shafts shred the material with a force of approximately 210,000 N/m!
Hourly output is highly dependent on the material and desired crushed size, ranging from 80 to 200 tonnes. This machine is often referred to as a pre-shredder, preparing extremely tough material for subsequent processing.
Overband magnet – discharge direction is variable
Discharge conveyor hydraulically adjustable in height, with a maximum discharge height of approx. 3.10 meters, which corresponds to about 30 cubic meters of material under the belt.
Hydraulic tipping hopper with approx. 2.5 cubic meters loading volume, controllable via radio remote.
Quick-change system for easy replacement of the shredder shafts.
(Service lives of the shafts vary greatly depending on the material and range from 200 to 600 hours. The shafts can be welded and reused several times before final replacement is necessary.)
Large control panel displays information on the entire machine and offers a variety of digital settings. Manual panel with push buttons for operating individual functions.
GPS is already installed. This allows the manufacturer to remotely monitor, control, and adjust all machine parameters and pressures as needed. As a result, downtimes are minimized.

Shredder shafts have approx. 70 cm diameter, made from high-quality 500/600 Hardox steel.
The fill area above the shredder shafts: Service life of shafts is about 300-500 operating hours, depending on application. They should then be replaced or restored via hard-surfacing ('armour welding').
