The 5000 Plus is similar to the standard 5000 but features an additional vibrating feed hopper. This attachment is hydraulically driven and operated via remote control. The hydraulically adjustable jaws can be set instantly to produce product sizes between 20 mm and 100 mm. With a width of just 1663 mm, the 5000 Series can access locations with restricted entry and limited space. Dust suppression is standard, provided by fine water spray nozzles operating at regular household hose pressure. This crusher is highly popular with civil engineering companies who process material on-site to save on transportation costs. The 5000 Series crushes material such as reinforced concrete, bricks, porcelain, and other aggregates.
