The truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. It is delivered as a pre-assembled plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette and is already tested, enabling quick and easy commissioning.

Construction and Safety:
The telescopic lifting units are characterised by extremely high bending strength and torsional rigidity in accordance with EN 1493, achieved by the innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and feature a special long-life, low-friction nickel coating, which minimises maintenance and increases service life. An internally located safety dual hydraulic cylinder system ensures additional stability and protection. The entire ram guide is designed to be robust and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits as well as electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Operation and Control:
The lift is operated via a portable control unit with touchscreen display, which clearly presents all relevant data and information. An electronic synchronisation control guarantees uniform lifting of the vehicle, regardless of pick-up point. A signal lamp supports safe lifting and lowering. In the event of power failure, a battery-powered emergency lowering function is integrated.

Features and Flexibility:
The platform has an extremely robust roll cover made from aluminium profile segments with a non-slip surface. It can be driven over by wheel loads of up to 7,000 kg and is 930 mm wide. The flexible plug-in pick-up system allows the accommodation of very wide and low vehicles. An EC-compliant anti-crush and shear protection system provides extra safety.
