The truck lift platform is an advanced multiple-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is mobile. Supplied as a pre-assembled plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette, already tested for fast and straightforward commissioning.

Construction and Safety
The telescopic lifting units offer extremely high bending and torsional resistance according to EN 1493, achieved by using innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and feature a durable, low-friction special nickel coating, minimizing maintenance and increasing lifespan. The internally mounted double hydraulic cylinder safety system ensures additional stability and protection. The entire ram guidance system is designed to be robust and low-maintenance. Operational safety is guaranteed by two separate hydraulic circuits and electronic pressure and leakage monitoring systems.

Operation and Control
The lift is operated via a portable touchscreen control unit that clearly displays all relevant data and information. An electronic synchronization control ensures even lifting regardless of the pickup point. A signal lamp assists safe up and down movement. In case of power failure, a battery-powered emergency lowering system is integrated.

Equipment and Flexibility
The platform features an extremely robust roll-over cover made of aluminium profile segments with a non-slip surface, suitable for wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and 930 mm wide. The flexible plug-in pickup system allows accommodation of very wide and low vehicles. A CE-compliant anti-crush and shear protection system provides additional safety.
