Main and outer frame constructed from high-strength double-T profiles, grade ST 52.3, profiled longitudinally in four sections, with high-webbed front and rear end plates as well as crossmembers; frame features a flat-contoured offset drop and rear loading ramp slope (0.8 m in length) behind the bogie passage; lowest possible floor height achieved by recessed wheel wells above the rear wheels; bogie platform's front corners are chamfered at 45 degrees.

Two recessed UVV lashing rings each located on the bogie platform and on the loading ramp slope for attaching tensioning devices. Rear end equipped with wide bearings for a sixfold-supported ramp shaft. Side safety guard with protective bar compliant with EC regulations, wheel chocks with clamp safety feature.

Low-maintenance inclined roller bearing axles with automatic brake adjusters, dual-line compressed air brake system in accordance with EC standards, and parking brake.

Bogie and towing drawbar: Manufactured from double-T profiles in a welded construction with a slewing ring connection, standard drawbar length 1500 mm, fitted with 8 drawbar eyes (50 mm diameter), support leg with threaded spindle height adjustment; vehicle does not have axle load compensation!

24 Volt electrical system, two interchangeable 7-pin connection cables, large rectangular four-chamber taillights including rear fog light and reversing spotlight, front distribution box, rear outline marker lights, side marker reflectors, as well as bracket for single-line license plate.

Undercarriage made of 40 mm thick pressure-impregnated pine wood. Low-bed platform and ramp slope feature crossed upper decking, 30 mm thick, laid lengthwise; total floor thickness is 70 mm. Bogie platform features a longitudinal simple floor with a recessed, open tool box, dimensions L 700 x W 800 x D 180 mm.

Ramps: Welded construction with tray sheet, cross beams, longitudinally-laid wooden decking (50 mm thick), ramp ends reinforced, ramp holding rods with turnbuckle and lock, ramps can be shifted 470 mm to each side, with perforated rail and sliding tube, ramp shaft made of bright steel, articulated arm spring lifter with external and internal springs for easy single-person operation, with automatic ground supports.

Steel shot blasted, zinc phosphate primed, single-colour acrylic finish in RAL colours, wheels painted silver, available in standard, light, and metallic colours as well as two-tone paint finishes; wood surfaces stained.
