Chassis Low-bed Trailer
Steel welded construction, with slight central pre-camber, turntable with heavy-duty slewing ring, wheel chocks with holder, quarter-circle mudguards in front of and behind each axle.
Lashing Eyes for Low-Bed
Over front axle:
2 pairs of ring lashing eyes at 5t each, front at the gooseneck
Low-bed:
4 pairs of lashing eyes, side-mounted in the low-bed at 6t each
5 pairs of lashing eyes at 5t between the longitudinal beams
Drawbar / Turntable Trailer Coupling
Drawbar with certified 40 mm towing eye, mechanically length-adjustable and lockable in 6 x 100 mm steps
(Drawbar length 1,700 - 2,300 mm)

Axles & Suspension
BPW drum brake axles with 10t axle load each, automatic slack adjusters. Axle endurance braking test rated up to 105 km/h, rear axle manually removable. To remove: release air locking and lower the rear to the ground. Then disconnect the hoses at the rear module, insert the transport bar into one of the rear bushings, and, by gently pressing down and simultaneously pulling back, uncouple the rear (parking brake released). After loading or unloading, move the rear module into place and connect up to the marking. Then raise to driving height and reconnect hoses. Confirm bolt locking (visual check to ensure bolt locks) and test rear functionality.

235 / 75 R 17.5, from leading brands, steel rims in twin arrangement, factory silver finish

Braking System
2-line air brake system, spring-loaded parking brake, 2 fail-safe coupling heads front, with connecting lines to tractor unit, EBS (Electronic Braking System) with EBS plug front, incl. connection cable.
Attention: This trailer may only be towed by tractor vehicles capable of guaranteeing effective ABS operation!

Electrics
24-volt system, multi-chamber lights, yellow side LED lighting, 2 white position lights front, 2 white/red lane marker lamps rear, rotating beacon with holder, operated via parking light circuit (beacon removable), 2 pairs of warning plates, double LED illuminated, extendable up to 3,300 mm, removable with plug, 2 x 7-pin fail-safe plugs front with connection cable, 1 x 7-pin agricultural plug, voltage transformer 12/24 volts (for electrical system only, not ABS/EBS)

Floor
Steel/chequer plate floor on gooseneck, between longitudinal and cross members with perforated plate covering. Axle covers not drivable, extension to 3,000 or 3,300 mm possible.

Operating Notes
Note! For 10,000 kg axle load, special approval is required. Approval must be requested separately in each German federal state; a commitment for 20t gross weight is not guaranteed by law. Customer risk.
Special approval required if overall towing length exceeds 18,750 mm. Observe country-specific registration regulations.
The specified gross vehicle weight is technically feasible; depending on the load, gross weight may not be achievable while adhering to permissible axle, support, and fifth-wheel loads.
