At Agritechnica 2009, JCB will present its latest and smallest mini telescopic loader yet, the 515-40 Miniscopic. With compact dimensions of 1.80 m height, 2.97 m length, and a total weight of less than 3.5 tonnes, this innovative mini telescopic loader promises highly interesting application possibilities. Many complex tasks that previously required several other machines can now be accomplished with just one machine. European agricultural contractors as well as pig, poultry, cattle, and dairy operations will particularly benefit from this compact model.

The mini telescopic loader was developed to improve productivity in agricultural applications such as silage handling, stacking bales or pallets, and to facilitate daily operations. For precise and efficient maneuvering, even in the smallest spaces and on uneven terrain, the new telescopic loader features all-wheel drive, all-wheel steering, and a hydrostatic transmission. Equipped with a 50 HP Deutz engine, this JCB machine offers a lift capacity of 1,500 kg with a maximum lift height of four meters. For even greater versatility, the compact telescopic loader can be fitted with a quick coupler.

By combining the most important features in a single machine, this loader is a valuable addition to any operation. Compact and agile, it can work inside buildings, something that is often not possible with traditional machines. Due to its low weight, the mini telescopic loader offers excellent off-road capability even on soft ground. Its compact size and high lift height provide greater flexibility in loading operations, especially when it comes to handling materials directly in low-roofed buildings.

Despite its compact design, the telescopic loader stands out for its high level of comfort, featuring a spacious, air-conditioned cab and an air-suspended deluxe driver's seat. The cab meets ROPS and FOPS standards, offering a low noise level for enhanced safety and health protection. Access is facilitated by a low step. An automatic warning system, positioned within the driver’s field of view, continuously monitors and displays the stability and safety of the machine.
