Chassis and Attachments:
Steel frame welded construction. Interchangeable 2" king pin (EU installation dimension, suitable for air-suspended 2-axle tractor unit with unladen coupling height of 1,130-1,250 mm *Total height must be considered, max. rear turning radius on truck: 1,900 mm). Rear features 2 large rubber bumpers and flat bar underrun protection both horizontally and vertically. 1 retractable rear step on the right, mechanical 24-ton support legs with one-sided operation, low-maintenance, 4 PVC short mudguards, rear with splash flaps, underrun protection=bumper, side impact protection, elongated number plate holder, 2 wheel chocks.

Axles and Suspension – BPW Axles:
Air suspension axle unit with low-maintenance axles, 3 x 9 t rigid, wheelbase 2 x 1,310 mm with 430 mm disc brakes, air suspension with lift and lowering device.

Rims and Tires:
6 steel disc wheels, 10-hole, fitted with 6 tires size 385/65 R 22.5, approx. 80-90% tread remaining.

Brake System:
EBS system 2S/2M, 2-line compressed air braking system, spring-loaded parking brake, without connection cables and hoses to the truck.

Loading Platform and Floor:
Platform inner dimensions approx. 13,650/2,480 mm or at the top between the running rails and central pillars approx. 2,300 mm, overall width approx. 2,550 mm, overall height unladen approx. 4,000-4,050 mm, internal loading height approx. 2,730-2,780 mm or lateral loading height under running rail and portal loading height approx. 2,670 mm at/above coupling height 1,150 mm (other coupling heights partially alter total height but not internal loading height), loading height = approx. 125 mm above coupling height, high-density anti-slip phenolic plywood floor, panels approx. 30 mm thick with Omega insert on 8 longitudinal beams for very high point load capacity, flush with the outer frame, 13 pairs of recessed lashing rings as per UVV regulation. Vario Fix steel outer frame, 2 pairs of lashing rings on rear corner stanchions for diagonal securing.

Side Walls:
Fixed aluminum hollow profile front wall at roof height, rear double doors fully opening to the entire loading height, each fitted with 2 internal locking rods and Sea-Lok seal, both sides equipped with PVC sliding tarpaulins with welded horizontal and vertical webbing reinforcements including bottom lashing straps with hooks and stainless steel tension locks, as well as front and rear rod closures, front with tensioning mechanism.

Stanchions and Posts:
2 fixed front corner posts at roof height, slightly protruding laterally, 6 central posts at approx. roof height, foldable or movable along the entire platform length, rear bolted steel portal for double doors, upper crossbar with Edscha sliding roof which can be moved forward. 3 rows of 25 mm slat pockets, first pocket row at 460 mm from the bottom then 3 x 100 mm, spacing between approx. 160/450/450 mm, slats not included.

Canopy Frame:
Sliding canopy frame retractable forward inside the load compartment, without slope, with vertical and horizontal guide rollers for jam-free movement, special aluminum side running rail profile for sliding tarpaulins and stanchions, construction height approx. 100 mm or approx. 120 mm with upward-bent PVC sealing lip, PVC tarpaulin roof, without customs closure but with customs cord.

Electrical Equipment:
24-volt system according to StVZO regulations with 2 tail lights mounted in underrun protection, without connection cables for the truck
