Description of equipment:

1. Tank
Self-supporting tank construction, discharge cones with a minimum incline of 45° and removable outlets Ø 800mm. Tank material: AlMg 4.5 Mn. Design, manufacturing, and certification in accordance with current Pressure Equipment Directive
2 x reinforcement gusset plates (circular plates Ø 400 mm) in the cone/shell area, fitted on each cone, left and right sides
3 x filling openings, hinged/swiveling, with stainless steel toggle fastenings, flush inside, Ø 450mm, incl. rubber seal

Catwalk and folding handrail (height: 1.0 m) on the left, with rear access ladder. Folding handrail mounted in Teflon bushings, pneumatically operated from below. Ladder and handrail in anodized aluminum, all elements made of non-corrosive materials

2. Discharge system
2 x MPO discharges DN 800/150/80, aluminum with bolted steel pots and air mat agitator. The agitation mat is accessible from outside after removing the outlet
2 x bottom inspection hatches with steel plates, black gasket, and remote control mounted on the discharge pot. Discharge pipeline DN 80 steel, routed to the rear
1 x sample tap 1" mounted on the discharge line (position: after the first shut-off device)
1 x ball valve with remote control DN 80, ring nozzle, and Storz B coupling with steel insert at the end of the line
2 x pinch valves DN 80 as shut-off device in the line
1 x ring nozzle DN 80 installed in the line, using standard auxiliary air (position: installed immediately after the pinch valve of cone 1)

3. Air distribution
1 x compressor hose DN 65, plastic, Storz B coupling, approx. 2.87 m long, with clamp integration. Air distributor pipe 2 1/2" aluminum, left, front with 90° bend, straight seat check valve (brass) and Storz B coupling. External air connection, with 90° bend, Storz C coupling at the end of the air distributor pipe, installed near the rear support.
Upper air operated by high-quality socket ball valves 2", 2 x auxiliary air with 2" angle seat check valves (brass) and 2 x aeration 1 1/2". Tank pressure gauge and safety valve installed on aluminum-cast upper air intermediate piece, with 2" vent valve. Air transfer via exhaust hose, routed upward onto the tank
1 x upper air 2", rear left, hose version with clamp integration. Air hoses for auxiliary air and aeration, with clamp integration. 1 x additional tank pressure gauge fitted on the front of the air distributor pipe
