Body/Tipper Body "Interior Fully Welded"
Front wall load 17,250 daN, rear and side walls 10,250/13,400 daN. Aluminum tipper body, side walls made from 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, fully welded with lower and upper belts, plank profiles inside fully welded. Floor designed as moving floor system on 140 mm aluminum cross members, cross members closely spaced (approx. 350 mm). Aluminum front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in straight design. Special aluminum corner profiles in chamfered design, smooth straight rear wall with 2 aluminum swing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 4 locking rods fitted in a welded aluminum rear frame, mounted in Teflon and stainless steel bearings. Movable aluminum wall suspended in the reinforced upper belt with "Kevlar cover" for complete emptying, side brush sealing and additional Kevlar cover, integrated grain funnel with cover plate - operable from the outside with inspection window at the rear left, 2 sampling slides in the rear doors.

Hydraulic System "Cargo Floor" 24-Slat System
Moving floor system in the floor with hydraulically operated aluminum profiles on aluminum square profiles, supported by approx. 880 PE-HD sliders, floor approx. 6 mm smooth, hydraulics with approx. 200 mm working stroke, stationary halves at the front wall, separate option for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with stationary halves, line size NW 21, stationary halves with suitable size and design as yet to be specified, operating pressure 190 – max. 240 bar, aluminum end pieces welded into the floor, operation at the rear left with radio remote control in a lockable, waterproof box, without hydraulic hoses.
