Axles and Suspension Drum Brakes
BPW/SAF axle assemblies, 3 x 9 t air suspension axles, air bellows centrally arranged on the chassis longitudinal beam, lift axle with starting aid, load pressure gauge, raise/lower valve.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with 385/65 R 22.5 tyres, approx. 30-50% tread remaining, 11.75 x 22.5 ET 0, aluminum rims.

Kingpin
2" bolted into a 10 mm thick plate

Landing Legs
Mechanical type, single-sided operation, 2-speed.
For air suspension, we use Jost Modul.

Brake System
Complies with EC standard; dual-line Wabco system, spring-actuated parking brakes on two axles, Wabco EBS-D system, aluminum air tank.

Electrical System
In accordance with StVZO (German Road Traffic Licensing Regulation), with two five-chamber Aspöck lamps, 24V system, second socket for special controls, LED side marking lights, three separate reversing lights.

Tipper Body / Tipping Trough
Aluminum tipping body, sidewalls made of 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm), fully welded, floor approx. 8 mm thick wear-resistant alloy, front wall 4 mm reinforced, straight design, rear wall is a swinging tailgate with a sealing lip, slanted design with central grain chute, swinging tailgate with pneumatic operation, top doors covered, fold-down sideboards on the left and removable rear extension sideboard.

Hydraulic System – New Tipping Cylinder
Hydraulic cylinder mounted at the front wall with a working pressure of 135 bar, make Edbro 18, approx. 2 m hose and release half 1” included.
