Axles and Suspension:

Disc brakes 22.5", SAF axle assemblies 3x 9t with air suspension, axle spacing is 2 x 1310 mm, raising and lowering valve, loading pressure gauge mounted on top of the tank, Wabco Smartboard, Wabco tire pressure monitoring, first axle liftable without tractor unit equipment, third axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn.

Rims and Tires:
6 wheels with 385/65 R22.5 tires, manufacturer’s choice on Alcoa Ultra One aluminum rims, 11.75x22.5 ET120.

Braking System:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO compressed air brake system with RSS, compliant with standard 98/12/EC - ECE R13/09, brake pad wear indicator connected.

Landing Gear:
Mechanical landing gear with two speeds, 2x 20t load capacity with swing feet.

Electrical System:
All lighting in LED version, 24 Volt electrical installation consisting of: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the fifth wheel plate on the chassis support, yellow side marker lights in prescribed quantity, rear position lights, front marking lights, rear license plate lights, lamps according to 97/28/EC-2007/35/EC standard, two multi-chamber lights at the rear in aluminum brackets at the kingpin level per 97/28/EC-2007/35/EC, two rotating LED work lamps mounted top left and right on the tank, yellow warning beacon at the rear at hose pipe height, two reversing lamps in the underrun protection, two reversing lamps at the support height (each switchable on the control console).

Tank Construction:
A horizontal tank made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn). Single-compartment tank with 35,000 liters capacity. Tank warranty: 24 months from delivery. King pin 2'' in accordance with 94/20/EC.

Operating Parameters:
Pressure vessel in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm. Test overpressure 3.0 bar, operating overpressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80° C.

Filling Options:
3 manholes DN 450 with hinged and folding domed covers. Each dome cover is pressure tight with 4 wing nuts. Support for dome covers on top for stowage. Rain guard front closed, rear open.

Material Discharge:
2 material discharge cones with synthetic fabric aeration inserts. Individual discharge lines DN 100, steel, combined to the rear. 2 pinch valves DN 100 AKO in the pipelines. Final ball valve DN 100 with ring jet nozzle. Remote control for ball valve and Storz A coupling at the end of the discharge line.

Air Piping:
A 2.5'' stainless steel air manifold installed on the operator's side (RIGHT). Air line leads to the front, to the end of the silo, with check valve and connecting hose DN 65 for compressor with Storz-B coupling. Ball valves for upper air, auxiliary air, and aeration are on the air manifold. Upper air 2'' at the rear right. PRESSURE LINE INLET REAR RIGHT. External air connection Storz C at the air pipe at rear right. Pneumatic connection with air blow gun and coiled hose at the top walkway area by the access ladder. 1x vibrator on top of the tank. Air line top center on walkway for cleaning with air gun. Air line in lower stowage box for cleaning with air gun.

Ladder and Access:
