GOOSENECK
Gooseneck with integrated single-axle running gear (pendle axle), detachable version. Gooseneck hydraulically liftable and lowerable, including hydraulic connection linked to the hydraulic axle compensation of the first axles. Length: approx. 5,200 mm, with approximately 60° tapered front end.

- Removable steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high, tapered design.
- 1 pair of mechanical supports at the front of the gooseneck.
- ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at the connection strip at the front with 24N, 24S & 15-pin sockets.
- 1 spare wheel holder inside on the front wall of the gooseneck with winch.
- 2 pairs of recessed lashing rings on the gooseneck (LC 2,500 daN).
- 2 pairs of recessed, outward-folding lashing rings on the outer frame of the front running gear (LC 10,000 daN).
- 1 pair of lashing rings at the transition from the running gear to the loading platform (LC 10,600 daN).
- On the gooseneck: 1 pair of removable aluminum side boards, approx. 400 mm high, anodized finish.
- On the gooseneck: 1 removable aluminum rear wall, approx. 400 mm high, anodized finish.
- 3.5 inch king pin
- TPMS tire pressure monitoring system in accordance with ECE R 141.
- Round NATO socket at the front connection strip (Maeler & Kaege VG 96 917)

LOADING PLATFORM
Low bed with exterior beams, designed as a telescopic loading platform in low-profile construction with extension at the front including a fixed approx. 50 mm hardwood floor.
Dimensions: approx. 8,000 mm x 2,740 mm (L x W).

- Mechanical pin-tab coupling between low bed and running gear for swapping out the loading platform or installing extension beams.
- One locking position approx. every 500 mm on the extension.
- 4 pairs of recessed lashing rings laid flat in the loading platform, arranged along the outer frame/external beams (LC 10,000 daN).
- 1 lashing ring on each left and right side of the rear cross member (LC 10,000 daN)
- Foldable extensions, approx. 230 mm on each side (WITHOUT wooden planks)
- Loose extension planks, edged in steel.
- Preparation for mounting bolt-on container locating devices for 1 x 20' or 1 x 40' container on the external beams. Without container locks.
- 6 pairs of threaded blocks between the lashing rings below the top chord on the outer beam for installing bolted rings M24 (LC 8,000 daN).

REAR RUNNING GEAR
Rear running gear with closed outer frame, checker plate surface, and continuous prism excavator recess, approx. 1,450 x 900 x 505 mm, open at the rear.
PENDLE AXLES, all axles hydro-mechanically forced-steered.
Hose rupture valve on the axle compensation cylinder with automatic reset function.
Hydraulic cylinders with shut-off valves and pre-fittings to secure in raised position.
Final coating of axles in DB 7350 Novagrau, single color, 2 layers of 2-component paint.
Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each
Hydraulic axle compensation.
