FELDBINDER TSA 23.3-1 ADR GUM, 22.500l 1-Kammer

approx. 22,500-liter capacity, single-compartment design, V2A stainless steel construction, 10-ton fifth-wheel load, 3 x 9-ton axle assembly. Tank code per ADR 2009: L4BH. Specification: Cylindrical, self-supporting vessel, 1,800 mm diameter, manufactured from V2A stainless steel. Tank interior surface rolled smooth, finish 2B. Single-compartment tank, 2 baffles. The endplates are designed as elliptical dished heads. Operating parameters: Working overpressure 2.67 bar. Test pressure 4 bar. Vacuum resistance -0.21 bar. Operating temperature 50°C. 3 manholes DN 500 with hinged dome covers, each fitted with 6 toggle fasteners. One continuous stainless steel overflow box, rubber-coated to upper edge. From the overflow box, plastic drainage pipes lead down to the lower edge of the tank. The drain pipes are fitted with plastic ball valves and hose outlets. Tank interior lining: The tank is internally lined with HAW W08 rubber coating.

Product outlet: A pneumatically actuated, coated bottom discharge valve DN 80 (manufacturer: Ebro) is mounted at the base. The rubber-lined product outlet routes rear right, fitted with a DN 80 butterfly valve, TW camlock coupling and blank cap. Air purge device for complete hose emptying is included.

Dome fittings: Mounted in the dome sump are the following fittings:
- 1 compressed air connection 2” with 2” shut-off valve
- 1 pressure relief 2” with 2” shut-off valve and pipe elbow
- 1 vacuum valve (brand: Hasteloy), set pressure -0.21 bar
- 2 flanges DN 50 with blind flanges for retrofitting an overpressure valve (required only for hypochlorite transport)
- At the rear of the dome sump, one flange DN 80 with blind flange for retrofitting top discharge

Compressed air fittings: 2” PVDF plastic compressed air pipe routed upward and led into the vessel.

Compressed Air Reservoir: Lower right. Equipped with pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, non-return valve, and pressure relief/gas pendulum fitting TW 50. Compressed air connection TW VK 50 with blank cap.

Walkway: Full-length, left side aluminum grating walkway, 400 mm wide, with stainless steel safety swing-rail (fold-out from below) and a stainless steel handrail. Rear left, a stainless steel access ladder. All tank supports for chassis, fifth-wheel plate, and landing gear in electropolished stainless steel.

Chassis:
- Axle set: BPW brand, Type ECO
- 3 x 9-ton disc brakes, Ø 430 mm
- The air-suspended rigid axle assembly is mounted in FFB stainless steel hangers
- Axle spacing: 2 x 1,310 mm
- A pneumatic lift/lower valve mounted to a side control panel ahead of the first axle
- One lift axle, controlled from the cab, with traction assist up to 30 km/h

Brake system: 2-sensor, 2-module ABS/EBS air brake system with spring-loaded brake chambers on two axles. Axle load display via CAN bus visible on tractor unit display.

Tires: 6 tires, Michelin brand, size 385/65 R22.5.

Rims: Forged aluminum rims, Alcoa brand, Dura Bright type, size 22.5 x 11.75. Offset: 0 mm. Stud hole diameter: 26 mm.

ADR Equipment: Includes:
- 1 fire extinguisher 6 kg with bracket and protective hood
- 1 set of warning panels as per legal requirements
- Grounding lugs, 1 grounding brush, 1 grounding cable reel
