2. BODY
FRONT WALL: The front wall is made of robust aluminium plank profiles.
INNER FRONT WALL TO FLOOR SEAL: Fixed seal between the floor and front wall using aluminium profile and PVC sealing.
SIDE WALLS: Side walls smooth inside and out. Double-wall profiles, 600 mm wide – 30 mm thick – 3 mm inside, 2 mm outside (grain version). The side wall profiles are welded continuously on the inside.

WEAR PLATE: Rectangular aluminium wear plate, inside rear, 2,000 (L) x 1,500 (H) x 4 mm.

MOVING FLOOR SYSTEM: Cargo Floor CF 500 SL-C E-control. 21-board floor system. Drive segment consisting of 3 double-acting hydraulic cylinders with a stroke of 200 mm. Rear closure plate made of stainless steel.

FLOOR SYSTEM CONTROL: E-control – Electric with radio remote control (original Cargo Floor). Load – stop – unload via switch. Manual emergency operation using unique red Cargo turn knob.

MOVING FLOOR FRAME: Frame for wheelbase 7,850 mm. 21 floorboards.
FLOORBOARDS: 21 aluminium floor boards – 8 mm ribbed with welded aluminium end caps.
